Tibetan Serpent Tingsha

These beautiful Tibetan Tingsha are made of brass and are decorated with a beautiful design of a Tibetan Serpent. Each Tingsha is approximately 65 mm in diameter and are held together by a leather strap. Each set comes in its own delightful hand made box. For centuries Ting sha have been used as a meditation aid to help clear the mind. These Tingsha chimes are decorated with a Lotus design, which is symbolic in Buddhism. Apart from their ancient transitional use as an aid to meditation, Tingsa are used nowadays in an increasing variety of ways. These Tingsa are Fairtrade, meaning the makers got a better deal than what would otherwise have been the case.
