Terms and Conditions Listed below are our current Terms and Conditions. Address Details Please insure that you provide us with your correct address details so that your orders arrive to your address safely. It is the customers responsibility to supply us with the correct name and current address details for orders. Our system also has a separate address field for billing address if this is different. Return To Terms And Conditions Delivery Policy We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day of receiving payment. We aim to provide competitive postage rates and keep our postage prices as low as possible. For UK customers we post using The Royalmail's First Class Postal Service. For all overseas customers we use The Royalmail's Air Mail Postal Service. Nearly all of our UK customers received their orders within two working days of ordering. Our overseas customers can receive their orders within five to seven working days. Please allow up to 15 working days for the delivery of your orders from the date you recieve your dispatch e-mail as sometimes the post is delayed and these delays are out of our control. Return To Terms And Conditions Maximum OrderOur maximum order is set at £100 (Pound Sterling) This total also includes postage and packaging charges. If your local currency isn't pound sterling our website will workout the exchange rate to the correct value for you. Return To Terms And Conditions Payment We trade worldwide and our website will translate our prices into a limited number of currencies. Our checkout will also be able to accept local payments in you local currency. We provide a choice of payment gateways. The payment gateways we currently accept are Google Checkout, Nochex and Paypal. These secure payment gateways are accepted worldwide and will process all major Credit and Debit Cards. Please note that customers paying using Google Checkout, Peace And Karm will appear on their Credit-Debit Card Statement. Customers paying using Nochex , No Chex will appear on their Credit-Debit Card Statement. Please note you do not need to open an account to use Nochex as no customer sign up is required, simply type in your card details. Return To Terms And Conditions We Ship Worldwide We ship worldwide using the Royalmails postage service. For UK customers we post Royal Mail First Class and for overseas customers we use the Royalmail Airmail Service. We aim to dispatch all orders within the next working day of receiving cleared funds. Return To Terms And Conditions Returns Policy As a UK based business we have to comply with UK distance seller regulations. Under these regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to inform us by e-mail of your intent to cancel. Our e-mail address is alittlepeaceandkarma@gmail.com and once we recieve your notice of cancellation we can advice on the return of the item. Under distant selling regulations items should be returned in the same condition that they were sent, so a sealed CD must be returned in the same sealed and unopened condition for it to qualify for these regulations.
